If A PURCHASE CONTRACT IS AGREED UPON OUTSIDE THE COMMERCIAL PREMISES, the sale in question is to be considered subject to Italian Legislative Decree no.185 dated 22/05/1999, which involves the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This case therefore includes distance purchases made by telephone, or by Internet whether they are delivered to the domicile or collected from the company headquarters or from another location. This right applies to natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes extraneous to their commercial activity. Purchases made by retailers and/or VAT holders and by Companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The consumer is entitled, within a period of 10 working days from receipt of the goods, to exercise the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. That right consists of the entitlement to return the purchased good to the seller and obtain the consequent refund of the price. The right of withdrawal involves the following conditions: the right is applied to the purchased product in its entirety; it is therefore not possible to exercise the partial withdrawal on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories).
To exercise that right, you must contact Skopre Srl at the e-mail address [email protected] to obtain the Return Authorisation Number and Form.
After having obtained the Return Authorisation Number and Form from the operator, carefully package the materials so as to safeguard the integrity of the products from any damage, carefully complete the Return Authorisation Form and insert it in the parcel. To use the guarantee relating to a defective product (manufacturing defect), you must contact Skopre Srl.
The replacement of the defective product may be requested, subject to sending documentation (a photo) of the defect identified, to the address [email protected] Skopre Srl undertakes to replace the product at its expense (subject to availability), within 10 days from the return (shipping costs borne by the Customer) of the defective product, sending it to the address indicated by the Customer.

Refund, replacement or issuance of voucher/coupon
If a REFUND is requested by the Customer and accepted by Skopre Srl, Skopre Srl will issue, within 10 days from receipt of the defective product, a CREDIT to the Customer with respective issuance of the Credit Note document.
If the issuance of a VOUCHER is requested by the Customer and accepted by Skopre Srl, Skopre Srl undertakes to issue, once the product has been received, a voucher to the value of the product itself, to be used for future purchases on the website www.skopre.com. Note that vouchers/coupons cannot be accumulated.
If a REPLACEMENT of the defective product is requested and accepted by Skopre Srl, Skopre Srl undertakes to replace the product in question (subject to availability), within 10 days from receipt of the defective product, sending it to the address indicated by the Customer.
If a replacement is requested due to an error by the user in selecting an article or a size, Skopre Srl does not accept any liability. The product may be replaced, but the shipping costs for returning the incorrect article and sending the correct article will be borne in full by the Customer.
